STEP 1 – Ideation Session

During this initial consultation, you will work with our industry leading design experts to begin the ideation session. You can explore our beautiful, newly renovated 7000+ square-foot showroom to see design, finish and style options firsthand.

Your design consultant will guide you through the process by getting to know more about you. We want to know in terms of your personal style as well as your lifestyle because we know that a room needs to not only be beautiful, but beautifully functional.

STEP 2 – Innovative Design

Once you and your design consultant have captured your style, material choices, and colors, the design phase begins! Our award-winning designers will present you with innovative designs that are sure to exceed your expectations. This is where your vision will be unveiled and take shape before your eyes.

STEP 3 – Guaranteed Satisfaction

Once your designs are finalized, we double and triple check measurements with an on site visit. We make sure your room is perfectly planned! Not only are we double-checking measurements, but we meticulously review the final designs and materials to ensure every last detail is impeccable before your order is placed.

STEP 4 – Perfect Living Space

Now that your dream living space is ordered, we ensure everything is perfectly choreographed for installation. We work with your schedule for delivery and installation, planning it to the very second. Because all of our installers work in-house at DCD, we guarantee quality control.

Prior to installation, our installation supervisors does a final walk through. Twenty-four hours after installation, we make a return visit to make absolute sure that no concern is left unanswered.

DCD also provides warranty specialists for each job. Depending on the cabinetry, custom warranty packages from 5-25 years to a limited lifetime will apply.
